Keiko Rakin is the senior Editor-in-Chief for Journalism for the 2025-26 school year. She oversees articles, video segments and class operations while helping lead and organize newsroom activities. In addition to journalism, she serves as the Student Board Member for AUSD, is a 2026 Rose Court Princess, president of the Creative Writers Crew and founder and CEO of Young Authors’ Alliance, an international youth organization dedicated to educating, uplifting and empowering young writers. In her free time, she enjoys journaling, writing, reading and baking. She is also the primary co-anchor for The Moor Weekly alongside Sean Lee.
