Let’s be honest: the idea of making money without having to get up sounds superb. This happens with fantasy sports because one can control players you wish were on your team and make wages with friends to see if you can get a higher score at the end of the day. People can find fantasy sports anywhere now as long as they have the internet, through apps such as Fan Duel, Draft Kings and Yahoo. Sadly, this can be the cause of gambling addictions. People can get so caught up in it just because they see commercials about winning two million dollars happening to them, but in reality they have early a one in million chance of that happening. They aren’t open minded and don’t see they can also lose thousands as it consumes them.

My opinion is if you feel you can then do it, I have been involved in Fantasy sports and I had a good time with it. But, once you begin to gamble, it can cause problems because you get too competitive in something that was made for enjoyment and you waste time and money in the process, There are better ways to earn your money than to be reliant on other people to earn it for you.

It has already been shut down in Nevada, maybe that is the start of the beginning. This type of gambling is now illegal outside of Nevada.
