1. What in particular made you want to join softball instead of another sport?
I chose to play softball because ever since I was little, [I watched] my parents play. It was a family sport and I wanted to be a part of it.

2. What are your goals for the future?
My goals for the future are to get the ‘Pitcher of the Year’ award [at the end of the season] and continue to play well in college to help me pay off my [college] tuition.

3. What will you miss most about being part of the Moor softball team?
I will miss the girls the most. We are all very close this year and it will be hard not seeing them.

4. Looking back, what has changed in softball since freshman year?
[During] freshman year, I remember being scared and a little isolated from the rest of the varsity team, being one of the only two freshmen on the team. Now we are a more diverse team […] that all get along and are better players for it.

5. Is there any advice you would like to give to your underclassmenteammates?
Keep your grades up and play every game like it is your last with all the [your] heart and the game will pay you back later.

6. How do you feel about recieving a sports scholarship to Indiana Institute of Technology?
It is a big relief off my shoulders [to get accepted into a college]. I [have achieved] my goal [that I have] been dreaming of my whole life.
