Spotlight: Brendan Ma

1. What was your most memorable moment from being on the team?
My most memorable moments were when we had great matches like the ones against Schurr and Keppel. The score was so close that I was cringing on the edge of my seat. The fact that our team shared the win was very memorable.

2. What have you learned from this sport?
I’ve learned from this sport that you can meet a lot of great people from just playing it. You learn that every point counts and everyone on the team is a contribution. There is no member left out or else it wouldn’t be a team effort.

3. What is your future career?
My future career is to become a computer science engineer and try to work in the Google, Apple or Riot industry.

4. Any word of advice for the underclassmen?
My advice to underclassmen is to try to join as many clubs as you can. Have fun with your high school life because you only get one shot at it. Also, don’t use “You only live once” to justify your actions.
