Situ the Truth

KENNY SITU

The older generation and the younger generation cannot seem to put their differences aside. At each other’s throats they battle. This seems to have gone to far that the phrase “OK Boomer” has become viral to insult adults in the Baby Boomer generation who cannot use technology. This makes the older generation seem unintelligent and insults all the things they have done for us.

So there you were looking after younger siblings. They seem well behaved but as soon as you leave, the living room has turned into a warzone; The baby is missing, ketchup is all over the walls and a bottle smacks you right in the head.

If you have babysat before I’m sure you know how disastrous it can be. We should respect adults for raising us. Instead, the relationship has become hostile.  Both generations can learn something from each other.

As strange as it may seem, I enjoy babysitting. As the youngest child, I have been awarded the role of babysitting my parents… and their parents. Although they may be old-fashioned they are very wise. They learn quickly and if the two generations could just put their differences aside, we could do something more productive than insulting each other.
